The Perplexity of the Fours … Tens
The four and ten give an admirable 9:5 ($9 returned for ever 5 dollars gambled) reward, so if you play 5 dollars on the two numbers, you’ll win nine dollars if either one hits. Of course, if you purchased the same numbers you will earn a bit more, but you’ll have to place at least a $25 bet on the two (fifty dollars total) to make this profitable.
Would you like to know the secrets that craps pros use to profit from 5 dollar bets on the fours and tens?
Let us figure it out!
What you will be watching for is three hits on the 4 or ten to earn your cash. If the shooter is a good one, you’ll most certainly make this wager, and this is how you’ll do it.
First, place 5 dollars on both the 4 and ten. Let us say now the four hits and you win $9. Take both numbers down and you will have nineteen dollars in your hand (fourteen dollars from the 4 and $5 from the 10). Add a dollar to this and lay the four once more for twenty dollars. When you win you get 36 dollars plus your 20 dollars back. Pocket the six dollars and lay the 4 a third time for fifty dollars. This 3rd hit earns you 90 dollars, and you take it all down. You have changed your initial investment of $5 into 90 dollars in only 3 hits.
Of course if the ten hit 1st you will be wagering on that number rather than the 4. Also, you should bet only if the shooter is qualified to bet on – does the shooter bet big on themselves and look like he’ll be an excellent shooter? If not, do not wager on him – find another table or wait for the next tosser.
In thirty six test rolls, you should see three fours and three tens, for a sum of 6 hits – the same amount as the seven, so selecting a great shooter is very important. Once you do, this 3 step play will function more often than you think. It’s an amazing way of changing $5 into 90 dollars in a short amount of time.
